My order had some weird tracking issue, and for a while I had no idea if it had even shipped or was just sitting in some mysterious warehouse somewhere. I reached out to Fanzz and, after waiting a bit longer than I would’ve loved, they finally got back to me and sorted it out. The hat showed up a few days later, thankfully. Not exactly a flawless experience, but credit where it’s due, they did fix it in the end.

I’ve ordered from fanzz.com a handful of times now, and overall their stock has been good. I can usually find the hats and team shirts I’m looking for, including a few sizes that were already sold out on other sites.

The only reason I’d put it at 4 stars is that a couple items showed as available, then disappeared by the time I checked out. Support basically said something like, “inventory can update quickly during checkout,” which makes sense, but it was still a little annoying. I’d still check them first most of the time.
